Developing strategy
We create a bespoke set of objectives and targets inline with your company strategy. This could include the development of in-house champions to continue work on your green agenda.
Regular meetings
We visit as necessary over the agreed period, to discuss and agree priorities, and review outstanding actions. We agree specific deliverables for all projects during the course of the agreement.
Report & review
We provide detailed energy reporting that is reviewed by your Energy Manager to ensure progress against agreed actions. This is a key to cost and carbon reduction.
Co-ordinate internal resource
We co-ordinate any involvement of staff on each project, with us doing as much or as little as you need or have budgeted for.
